These are beautiful, individually custom -made, in Canada , woven letters., made with your own colour combos. Quality comes through like nowhere else. Produced one at a time by an operator on a single needle, sewing machine. The process of manufacturing Chenille is a hook and rug technique that gives the crest an appearance of a carpet. Chenille letters and crests are priced according to detail of design, number of colours and size. These have wool threads, and a tighter weave.

A great old standby! These are very popular as inexpensive school or club crests; or souvenirs for special events. Any logo and lettering can be silk-screened in one or more colours on a full range of coloured backgrounds. These crests are screened on quality tackle twill or felt materials with special inks, then air-dried to create lasting impressions.

| Embroidered Crests |

Quality to last a lifetime; these are made from woven silk threads, machine manufactured with the finest detail, using up to 8 different, bright and sparkling colours.
Dye fast and can be made washable if specified.
These crests are made in quantity by Loom Machines and except for making the pattern and setting up the run, the process is largely automatic. The machine is large, complicated and very expensive. The larger the number of crests involved, the lower the cost. In quantity, the price is competitive with the silk-screened, process crests.
Since costs are determined by quantity, design, size, and number of thread colours, just submit this information (a rough sketch will do) and we will return a price immediately. Loom Run quantities start at 170.

Set-up is included in price. Delivery varies with the season, but estimated at 6-8 weeks. Smaller quantities of embroidered crests are produced by computerized stitching machines. Quantities vary from 12-150. Computer Digitized Tape charge extra.
