A minimum , 10% special handling charge will be applied to your order if delivery times are less than standard lead times in expediting your request.
Shipment:
F.O.B factory. If method of shipping is not specified we will ship the most effective way possible – usually by courier. Please ensure that we have your complete shipping address. Please note that a Post Office Box is not acceptable for shipments by courier. (Highlight last sentence in bold)
Rights to Promotion:
We reserve the right to use all products for advertising and display unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order.
Trademarks, Copyrights and Registration Marks:
We bear no responsibility for infringements on copyrights, trademarks and registration marks. We assume that the customer has permission to use all designs submitted for production.
Terms:
The balance of payment is due; net 30 days from receipt of invoice. Interest will be charged at 2% (24% per annum) on all overdue accounts. Cheque, Cash or Visa accepted for payment.
